Hi Gals,
Here is a great question from Amber in Indianapolis, IN:

I am getting ready to graduate from college, and the ceremony is on May 10th.  I am trying to find a dress or a skirt to wear.  I am a t-shirt and jeans type of girl, but would love to dress up a little, but have no idea what to look for.  What would you suggest?

For a such special occasion I think it's a must to wear a fabulous colorful dress!  For events like this, it's very important to always dress up and look your best!!!

Amber, the dress above is from Target and there so many other colors you can chose from.  You can't beat this value, something so flirty at such a great price!
