Hi Gals,

Here is a fun question from Chelsea in Atlanta:

What is a go-to fashion for first dates? I feel like I'm always at at loss for that casual - but not to casual - first date dinner look. What do you suggest? I'm young and live in Atlanta.


Chelsea, that is a tough one.  You want to look great, but not look you've tried too hard...and you want to look sexy, but not too sexy.  I think it would be best to stay covered-up, until you know that you like this guy...so bring along a cashmere or cotton cardigan sweater.  (The one above is from J.Crew) You can button it up and shut yourself down or unbutton and be a little flirty, right?  Might as well have fun!  And I hope you meet the man of your dreams.
