Hi Gals,
Here is a great question from Kristen in Austin, TX:

As the summer approaches it gets very hot outside but my office turns up the air conditioning so its freezing!!  I like to wear little dresses and skirts to work but I don't want to carry a blazer or coat everyday to stay warm.  What would you suggest?

I am sure every working woman has that problem in the summer.  My answer is layering.  Maybe keep a solid cardigan in a fabulous bright color at the office that way whenever you get cold you always have something.  You might also want to wear a really light jacket to work and depending on how cold it gets you might want to put on both layers.
